This Privacy Policy explains the documented ways MTG App collects and manages personal information through email signup forms and messages sent to the site. It also explains how to ask about or request removal of that information.
Email signup information
When an email signup form is presented, it invites you to “Leave your email for future MTG App updates.” The form asks for your email address and requires you to accept the consent statement: “I agree to receive email updates from MTG App.”
After you submit the form, MTG App stores your email address, a hash used to detect duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database.
Email collection is enabled for future updates. Email delivery, confirmation messages, and unsubscribe features require separate configuration, so no particular sending schedule is promised.
Spam prevention
The signup system creates temporary rate-limit records to reduce automated or repeated submissions. These records use hashed network identifiers and are removed through periodic cleanup. Hosting systems may maintain separate technical logs.
Messages sent to MTG App
If you contact MTG App, the message contains the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments you send. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to answer your question.
Record access and removal
Authorized site administrators can view, export, and remove email signup records. The newsletter records also work with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Signup records remain in the database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.

Your choices
Submitting an email signup form is optional. You can choose not to submit the form, or later ask for the associated record to be removed. You also control what information and attachments you include when contacting MTG App.
