Corrections

If you find a factual error on MTG App, please let us know. Accurate information matters when you are checking a mana curve, researching a combo, practicing Draft, or looking up card and set details.

How to report an error

Email contact@mtgapp.com or use the Contact page. Include enough detail to identify the problem and check the claim efficiently.

  • The URL of the affected page
  • The disputed passage or incorrect detail
  • The relevant card, set, format, tool, or guide
  • A supporting source or reproducible example, where available

For a rules, Oracle text, legality, ban, release, or card-data issue, a current authoritative source is especially helpful. For a broken link or tool problem, explain what you clicked or entered, what happened, and what you expected instead.

What to report

Useful correction reports include factual mistakes, incorrect card or rules details, outdated guides, broken tool links, and instructions that no longer match the page being discussed. You can also flag unclear wording when it could cause readers to misunderstand a deckbuilding metric, Draft decision, or combo interaction.

How corrections are handled

Reports are checked against the affected page and the supporting information provided. When evidence shows that a material factual claim is wrong or out of date, the affected content can be corrected. Strategic disagreement is not always a factual error, but evidence that changes the underlying analysis is still useful.

Clear, specific reports are the easiest to investigate. A page URL and the exact passage usually beat “something seemed off,” however accurate that feeling may be after a late-night deck edit.
